The QTS Chicago data center is located on a 30-acre campus at 2800 S. Ashland Ave. The 317,000 square foot building is being redeveloped with raised floor capacity of approximately 133,000 square feet and 24MW of power. Similar to QTS’ other mega sites, the facility has the ability to increase to approximately 400,000 gross square feet with raised floor capacity of approximately 215,000 square feet and 37MW of power. The site already has robust connectivity, including direct access to long haul fiber networks.
