QTS Adds REIT Sector Expert to Investor Relations Team

Bank of America Merrill Lynch Executive, Stephen Douglas hired as Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategic Planning

Overland Park, Kan. (November 23, 2015) – QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS), one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing providers of data center facilities and cloud services, and a leader in security and compliance, announced today that Stephen Douglas has joined the company as Vice President – Investor Relations and Strategic Planning. Douglas reports to Jeff Berson, Chief Investment Officer.

Douglas joins QTS with more than 10 years of financial services industry experience, including nine years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as a vice president on the US Telecom Services and REIT equity research teams. Douglas began his career as an analyst with Duff & Phelps, LLC in New York.

Douglas is a cum laude graduate of the University of Richmond’s E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance. He was a Division I scholarship member of the varsity soccer team throughout college.
