What is your favorite part of working for QTS?

The employees!  I enjoy working with people who are drawn to solving complex problems and also fun to be around.  QTSers are extremely approachable and committed to helping each other— I love the company culture here!


What is a day in the life of your position like?

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a rotational program, so I get to spend time with multiple business units while engaging in various projects and gaining exposure to different roles and responsibilities throughout QTS.


As the Pandemic ends, what do you look forward to about returning to the office?

I can’t wait to finally meet many of my close teammates…in person!


What role do you play in our company ESG initiatives?

As part of my finance rotation, I’m fortunate to help with QTS’ first-ever S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment submission which will highlight many of QTS’ amazing ESG initiatives.


What are your hobbies outside of work?

Hiking!  On a typical weekend, you can find the Beck crew up in North Georgia enjoying the sunshine and amazing views.
