What is your favorite part of working for QTS?
My favorite part of working at QTS is the amazing sales team that I work with and the support resources are second to none.
What does a day in your position look like?
In my role, each day brings a new adventure. My day typically consists of internal strategy sessions, coaching and development with the team while working with prospects and customers to help support their business initiatives.
What kind of goals do you and your team have for 2021?
In 2021, My team will be the most prepared, professional sales team in the industry. We have a proven playbook of success and with a heightened focus on the execution and consistency, results will be the by product of doing these things well.
How are you doing things differently as we continue working from home and not being in the office?
Prior to the pandemic, my team reported to the office regularly and we were able to build a strong collaborative environment. With the change to remote working, I try to foster the same type of collaboration through video conferencing and a monthly touchpoint after hours with the team.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and children outside of work. As a sports fan, I treasure the opportunity to coach my 11-year-old son as he continues his development. I also volunteer for a couple of non-profit organizations as I have a duty to donate my time and resources to help others.
Once the pandemic comes to an end, where would you travel if you could go anywhere?
My wife and I had a trip to Costa Rica scheduled in 2020 and we will pick this back up whenever we are comfortable traveling again.
