While at the newly opened Ashburn facility, our team guided Liggitt on a tour, noting the innovative three-story building design and column free data halls to accommodate customer needs. Packaged in a flexible and enterprise-ready facility, QTS Ashburn is the prefect representation of how efficiency can be realized through a thoughtful and sophisticated development process.

Our team also sat down with Liggitt to talk about the challenge of predicting market power (MW) absorption and availability in key US markets.  We covered the predictions for up and coming markets and how QTS can align our development and construction strategy with these areas.   We wrapped up our Q&A session discussing future trends in security, connectivity and what the ‘edge’ will look like.
