Am I eligible for a QTS SkillBridge Program?
Service members must be able to complete the program within their last 180 days of military service and must also obtain approval from their chain of command, which varies by each Branch of the Military. Please visit the DOD's FAQ’s for additional eligibility information. Veterans or military spouses are always encouraged to apply to one of our current job openings to join the QTS team.
What SkillBridge Opportunities are offered at QTS?
The QTS Data Center SkillBridge Program goal is to find a perfect match by aligning the candidate and interests of the Strategic Business Unit sponsor within the company. We are looking for transitioning service members to join our team in numerous job categories including:

Who is the ideal candidate for the QTS SkillBridge Program?
The goal of the SkillBridge Program is for transitioning members of the military to secure career opportunities they love within QTS. QTS gives its employees the unique opportunities to work on cutting-edge missions that help our customers.
To be successful in the program, we look for those who are willing to explore new challenges and embrace this opportunity of on-the-job training as an effective way to translate your skills from one industry to another.

Where and when does the QTS SkillBridge Program take place?
SkillBridge opportunities are based on current needs of the sponsoring Strategic Business Unit, geographic availability and the potential to provide regular, full-time employment upon program completion. While we cannot guarantee that you will be placed into the program, if you are selected for interview for the SkillBridge Program, you will be contacted by the appropriate Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Strategic Business Area of interest regarding next steps.
